Skilled Nursing services are care services that can only be provided by a state licensed Nurse (RN or LPN).  We have Registered Nurses on staff who have undergone special training in home health care. They supervise other members of the care team as they perform their responsibilities and make sure that assistance is provided as indicated on the clients’ care plans. Apart from this, they offer health management services and monitor clients’ health progress which is recorded in detail. They also communicate with clients’ doctors and other medical providers, so possible changes in clients’ health care plans and medications are implemented as soon as they are needed.
